"Right" and "justice" are truths that every human wants to achieve by nature. This research, with a descriptive-analytical method, investigates the nature of right and justice and their relationship with each other in the light of the teachings of Imam Reza (pbuh). It is believed that the concept of "right" and "justice" are philosophical concepts and the intellect abstracts the concept of "right" from comparing the owner of the right, i.e. a purposeful entity, and the right itself, i.e. the desired goal or appropriate destination. The right arises from "existence" and the existence of the Supreme Being, which is rich in essence, is the origin of all existences and, as a result, the origin of all rights. The movement of beings in the direction of reaching that desired goal and corresponding destination requires the privileges that God grants them through creation or Shari'a (Islamic law). In fact, right is the source of justice, which is derived from the truth of monotheism, and this meaning is manifested in the cultural teachings of Imam Reza (pbuh), who said, "The word monotheism is a fortress that whoever enters it will remain safe, but provided that it must be through Wilayah(guardianship). The explanation of this matter based on the teachings of Imam Reza (pbuh) will help to know the nature of right and justice and its implementation in life, which provides the necessity of this discussion.
