The basics of anthropology is the center of gravity of human sciences, therefore, studying in this field is a prerequisite for any theorizing and development in human sciences. Imam Khomeini, as a prominent and socially influential thinker, has a coherent intellectual system. One of the important aspects of his thinking is philosophical and intellectual topics and foundations. Among the philosophical foundations, anthropological foundations are considered to be among the most important foundations that have direct and at the same time fundamental and essential effects on all human sciences. The purpose of this article is to depict and outline the issues in two areas: "The Philosophical Foundations of Imam Khomeini's Anthropology" and "Their Implications in Human Sciences": a) In the third part of this article, the most important philosophical foundations of Imam Khomeini's Anthropology are discussed. Things such as: what is human, man's instinctive movement and the transformation of his type, man's place in existence, the theory of nature, man's desire for infinity and perfection, man's absolutism, the place of reason and thinking, and the principle of the union of the wise and reasonable, free will and trainability, celibacy and immortality The soul and the problem of the hereafter, the place of morality and happiness and the final perfection of man. b) In the fourth part, we also discuss the implications of these philosophical foundations, such as: "a comprehensive look at the truth of man", "raising the ceiling of ideals", ...
